Additives for completion and repair fluids
The copolymer of AMPS with acrylic acid and itaconic acid can be used as a viscosity enhancer for preparing seawater and saltwater, increasing the viscosity of completion fluid by more than 4 times and exhibiting good thermal stability, overcoming the disadvantage of traditional polymers in reducing viscosity in saltwater systems.
